getnewmusic.blogspot.com is the brainchild of a few music loving individuals who wanted to promote Sri Lankan music mainly among the Sri Lankan expatriate community around the world. However, the site has come a long way since inception, in September/October 2000 timeframe, to become one of the most visited web sites even among the internet users in Sri Lanka.
